Hi! I’m Kay, a postdoc Research Assistant at the TU Wien’s Human-Computer Interaction Group.

My research interests revolve around design power and technologies in the context of self-determination, currently focused on social media. I approach these topics critically, using participatory and design-centred methods and centering crip-queer perspectives. I enjoy teaching and I like to translate my research into non-academic formats.

I mildly prefer they/them (de: es/ihm) pronouns and gender-neutral address, but you may use any and all pronouns you can possibly come up with.
