Happy Autism Acceptance Month!

Here's a story about what being diagnosed with #autism was like for me.

It is not very informative but honestly I don't know enough about autism to preach in the name of others, all I can do is my bit. Feels a bit awkward, too, but I think it's important that loads of people tell their stories when it's still so invisible, under-researched and not that well understood.

I think visibility is important and 'relatable' stories and memes can often provide the first clue that you may be neurodivergent (or have mental health issues) and be an incentive to see a professional about it & make your life better rather than suffering (thinking you're) alone.

recently I had a phase in my life in which some very intense toxic relationships ended, and it has been the best but also obviously the worst.
